Smartcube & pricesign for Volkswagen and Skoda
At Grassfish we built the smartcube solution, and I designed the full smartcube interface and the price signage that is now rolled out across Sweden. The smartcube is a big touchscreen placed in dealerships and meant to work as a brand showcase. It includes a 3D visualizer, a view of cars currently in stock, a simple newsletter sign up, and a “Technology and Innovation” section that works like an information hub. There you can read about features in the cars or watch short videos that explain things like parking sensors and other functions.
Designed from scratch within strict brand rules
I created the whole flow from the ground up, following Volkswagen’s and Skoda’s strict graphic guidelines all the way through. The challenge was to keep everything clearly on brand while still making the experience easy and inviting to use in a showroom setting. Throughout the project I’ve had continuous contact with VW and local retailers to get feedback, adjust details, and make sure the content stays relevant over time.
